Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your cozy new decor! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Custom & Digital Products: All sales are final for custom orders and digital downloads.
- Exchanges: If you'd like a different item, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order - we're happy to help!
How to Request a Return
- Email us at knotacozynest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit - your choice!
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
