Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your cozy new decor! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Custom & Digital Products: All sales are final for custom orders and digital downloads.
  • Exchanges: If you'd like a different item, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order - we're happy to help!

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at knotacozynest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit - your choice!
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
