  • Exchanges: If you'd like a different item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with an exchange or replacement.
  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, digital products, gift cards, and final sale items (Pillows & Blankets) are non-returnable.
